Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

These are probably one of the easiest sweets to make.

What You'll Need
* 2 - 1 lb Bags of Chocolate Chips ( Milk Chocolate)
* 1- Jar of Peanut Butter
*2 tbls Confectioners Sugar
* Muffin Pan
Directions

* Melt One Bag of the Chocolate Chips- You can do that in the microwave in a microwavable dish or melt the chocolate in a pot on the stove (my recommendation)

*When chips are finished melting- take your muffin Pan ( you can use any size pan you want depending on what size Peanut Butter Cups you want) scoop the melted chocolate in each cup of the pan. Fill it about halfway.
* Next you'll take your peanut butter and mix with 2 tablespoons of Confectioners Sugar in.
* Take the peanut butter/Sugar Mixture and put a small spoonful of the mix in the center of the chocolate in the muffin pan.

* Melt the other bag of the chocolate chips

* Scoop the rest of the melted chocolate  in the muffin pan over peanut butter and chocolate already in the  pan.

* Let sit for about 30 mins so that the chocolate will harden- You can also put the Peanut Butter Cups in refrigerator so the chocolate will harden quicker.
